01 General Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between r77 ("Platform", "we", "us") and any user of its services ("Member", "you"). These Terms apply to the r77bet.cam website and its associated mobile applications, tools and services.
By creating an account, logging in, or using any service on r77, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted all provisions of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform's services.
These Terms are intended solely for users in Bangladesh and must be interpreted in the Bangladeshi context. The word "Taka" or the symbol "৳" in this document refers to Bangladeshi currency.
02 Membership and Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
All r77 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under 21 to open or use an account. If there is any doubt about a member's age, r77 may at any time request the necessary documents for age verification.
2.2 Personal Use
Each account is for the personal use only of the individual in whose name it is registered. Placing bets, making deposits or withdrawals on behalf of or for a third party is not permitted.
2.3 One Person, One Account
It is strictly prohibited to open more than one account under the same person's name, from the same device, or by members of the same household. If multiple accounts are found, all accounts will be suspended and the associated balances may be forfeited.
03 Account Registration
3.1 Registration Process
To register on r77, a member must provide accurate and complete personal information. This includes full name, date of birth, mobile number, email address and information required for identity verification.
3.2 Identity Verification
r77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity during random checks or during the withdrawal process. This verification process may require a copy of a national ID card, passport or driving licence.
3.3 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Your password must not be shared with anyone, and any unauthorised access or suspicious activity must be reported to r77 support immediately. 3.4 Updating Information
If any information provided at registration changes, the member must notify customer support promptly. Providing false or incomplete information may result in account termination.
04 Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits
Currently accepted deposit methods on r77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (for example: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Funds sent by any other method will not be accepted and r77 will not be responsible for them.
4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits
The same methods apply for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
4.3 Identity Verification and Withdrawals
Before a withdrawal, r77 may require full identity verification of the account to be completed. r77 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if verification has not been completed.
4.4 Failed or Incorrect Transactions
r77 is not responsible for failed transactions due to an incorrect account number or change of number. In such cases, the member must contact support promptly via live chat.
05 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New r77 members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500, and to withdraw this bonus, bets totalling ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be completed.
5.2 Weekly Reload Gift
In the r77 weekly reload gift promotion, members will receive a 30% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to a maximum of ৳5,000, with a wagering requirement of 18 times. Minimum deposit is ৳500.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may only be claimed once per account, unless the offer states otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
- If bonus abuse or any exploitative practice is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
- r77 reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
06 Betting and Gaming Rules
6.1 Betting Decisions
Every betting and gaming decision is made entirely at the member's own discretion. r77 does not provide betting advice or guidance. A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled, however r77 reserves the right to void a bet in the event of a technical error or exceptional circumstances.
6.2 Technical Issues
If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a server error, power outage or loss of internet connection, r77 will determine the outcome according to server logs. r77's decision on this matter is final.
6.3 Game Results
All game results are automatic and determined through a random number generator (RNG). For live casino games, the rules of the operating studio apply. For sports betting, the official result of the relevant event is used.
6.4 Incorrect Odds or Erroneous Prices
If there is a clear error in published odds or payouts, r77 reserves the right to void bets placed taking advantage of that error. The relevant amount will be returned to the member after notification.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on r77 and will result in the immediate closure of the account and possible forfeiture of the associated balance:
- Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Placing bets using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
- Any attempt to artificially influence game results.
- Attempting to withdraw without meeting wagering requirements by exploiting loopholes in bonus terms.
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems.
- Threatening or harassing other members.
- Repeatedly claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
08 Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Closure by r77
r77 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if there is reasonable belief that the member has breached these Terms. In such cases, any applicable balance will be returned after verification.
8.2 Closure by the Member
If a member wishes to close their own account, they must contact customer support. All pending bets and withdrawals must be settled before closure.
8.3 Prolonged Inactivity
If there is no transaction or login for 12 consecutive months, the account will be marked as inactive. r77 reserves the right to follow a separate policy regarding the balance of inactive accounts, and the member will be notified.
09 Limitation of Liability
r77 provides the platform's services on an "as is" basis. r77 does not accept liability for the following:
- Any loss caused by loss of internet connection or device issues.
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.
- Unexpected server downtime or service disruption during maintenance.
- Problems arising from a member's own incorrect information or negligence.
- Direct or indirect financial loss from betting or gaming.
r77 always strives to maintain service quality, and apologises for any unexpected technical issues while remaining committed to resolving them promptly.
10 Privacy and Data Protection
r77 maintains a detailed Privacy Policy on the collection, storage and use of members' personal information, which should be read together with these Terms. The key points are as follows:

11 Responsible Gaming

12 Terms & Conditions Changes

If a member continues to use the platform after updated terms have been published, it will be considered that they have accepted the new terms. Members who object to the new terms are requested to close their account immediately.
